- A patch test is compulsory at least 48 hours prior to treatment
- Must not wear any eye makeup to appointment
- Not suitable while pregnant or breastfeeding
- Not suitable if suffer from watery or dry eyes
- Not suitable if suffering from/recent eye infection
- Not suitable if suffering from Herpes Simplex (Cold sore)
- Eyes will be closed during treatment

- A patch test, provided by Love Beauty only, must be completed at least 48 hours prior to treatment
- A signed and dated patch test consent form must be completed prior to the appointment
- Arrive to appointment wearing no eye makeup
- Please be aware any face makeup around the surrounding area may be removed during treatment
- Advise lash technician of any known allergies prior to appointment
- Treatment cannot be carried out if pregnant or breastfeeding
- Remove contact lenses prior to treatment
- Treatment cannot be carried out if suffering with herpes simplex virus (cold sore)
- Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours
- Avoid steam, saunas and swimming for the first 48 hours
- Avoid touching, rubbing or introducing foreign bodies or contaminants into the treatment area
- With brush provided, brush lashes in an upward direction, daily
- Ensure lashes are not disturbed or manipulated into different positions (e.g. when sleeping, cleansing the face, applying moisturiser or cosmetics)
- Do not perm lashes or use lash curlers
- Avoid strong sunlight or UV light (if tinted)
- To ensure lashes keep the WOW effect for longer, clients are able to have a lash tint 3 weeks after treatment
To achieve the maximum results from any lash treatment, it is essential that you follow the aftercare advice. Failure to do so could lead to an adverse treatment outcome (e.g. treatment not taking, irritation, swelling, lash damage). If redness or irritation does occur, apply a damp cotton wool compress. If symptoms persist, consult a GP.
