How to book

Please advise if you are new to Love Beauty
When booking state treatment required, date and time you are available
Please include an email address and contact telephone number for appointment confirmation and reminders
An email confirmation will be sent to you 3 days prior to your appointment.
The email will confirm all treatments booked, and time of appointment
It is important to check all information is correct and all treatments required have been booked in
If the email specifies a treatment no longer required please inform us so that a late cancellation charge is not incurred
If the email is missing a booked treatment or you wish to book an additional treatment please contact us to check for availability
An automated text message will be sent 2 days prior to your appointment. This message is a reminder of time and date only
Please do not reply to the automated text reminder number
If you do not receive any reminders prior to your appointment please contact Love Beauty ASAP to ensure there has not been a problem with the booking
Bookings are only taken on 07930 020 750 and not via social media platforms, email or WhatsApp
It is important to advise of any known allergies prior to booking
Make sure to read all of the treatment information provided on our website prior to booking
Read all of the before and after treatment preparations to ensure you achieve the best result possible from your treatment
Some treatments may state age guidelines, please check prior to booking
Please note not all treatments can be carried out at the same time i.e. waxing cannot be carried out on the same day as spray tan, please check before booking. If unsure please contact Love Beauty


Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation of an appointment is required at least 24 hours prior to appointment time
Late cancellations will incur a cancellation charge
Cancellation of a booked treatment during an appointment will incur a cancellation charge
A no-show will incur a full cancellation fee


Appointment Information 
New clients are required to complete a consultation form
It is important all clients arrive on time for their appointment
If you arrive late to an appointment it is at our discretion to complete all treatments booked. Payment for all booked treatments will be charged
Lateness can have an impact on the rest of the day’s appointments
We will always try our best to start clients appointments on time
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment to be completed
Roadside parking
Payment is by cash or card. Contactless transactions up to a value of £30
Deposits may be required for new clients
As much as we love children, unfortunately we are not insured to have children in the salon unattended. Please refrain from bringing children for their own safety, unless supervised by another adult
 We also cannot supervise children as this may compromise our work and time

It is at our discretion not to perform treatment if we feel necessary due to any medical reasoning
We are not medically trained and cannot diagnose medical matters. However we may suggest you seek medical advice, if appropriate
