• Arrive to appointment wearing no eye makeup
• Please be aware any face makeup around surrounding area may be removed during treatment
• Advise lash technician of any known allergies prior to appointment
• Treatment cannot be carried out if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Remove contact lenses prior to treatment
• Treatment cannot be carried out if suffering with herpes simplex virus (cold sore)

• Attend maintenance appointment every 2-3 weeks. Alternatively lashes must be removed after 4 weeks, either professionally or using Clay Lash Extension Remover
• Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours
• Avoid steam, saunas and swimming for the first 48 hours
• Avoid touching, rubbing or introducing foreign bodies or contaminants into the treatment area
• Ensure lashes are not disturbed or manipulated into different positions (e.g. when sleeping, cleansing the face, applying moisturiser or cosmetics)
• Do not perm lashes or use lash curlers
• Avoid strong sunlight or UV light (if tinted)
• Do not use waterproof mascara
• Use oil free makeup remover if mascara is worn
