From targeted massage and Indian head massage to skin smoothing back and body therapies, each treatment is carried out with care and tailored to individual needs on the day.

The body treatment options and timings are listed below, and guidance is always available if further support is needed when choosing a treatment.

  • Please advise if you suspect/are pregnant
  • Advise of any allergies prior to appointment
  • Arrive to appointment wearing no make up
  • For massage, please mention any injuries, medical conditions or areas to avoid
  • For exfoliation treatments, avoid shaving or using strong body exfoliants for 24 hours beforehand
  • If the skin is sunburnt, broken or irritated, the treatment may need to be adapted or rescheduled
  • Please arrive on time so the full treatment time can be delivered

Treat yourself to 55 minutes of pure relaxation with this deeply soothing full body massage. Every stroke is designed to soothe the senses, rebalance the body, and restore inner calm. INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE | £40 | 20 MINS

A deeply relaxing and luxurious experience, this  20 minute Indian Head Massage begins with soothing techniques applied to the shoulders and neck, melting away built-up tension. You will then be gently repositioned onto your back as the treatment continues with focused massage on the neck, face, and scalp. Gentle yet effective, this calming ritual relieves muscle tightness, quiets the mind, and leaves you feeling grounded, clear minded, and completely at ease.

 

DETOXIFYING BACK THERAPY | £45 | 30 MINS

Target congestion and reveal radiant skin with this detoxifying back treatment. Beginning with a deep exfoliation and the application of a purifying clay mask, this ritual draws out impurities and helps rebalance the skin. Warm hot mitts are then used to gently remove the mask, enhancing relaxation and comfort. The treatment concludes with a 15 minute soothing aromatherapy massage, leaving your skin smoother, clearer, and your body deeply relaxed.

 

FULL BODY EXFOLIATION & HYDRATION THERAPY| £60 | 45 MINS

Indulge in this deeply renewing body treatment designed to leave your skin feeling incredibly soft and radiant. The experience begins with a full-body dry exfoliation using mitts to stimulate circulation and gently lift away dead skin cells. This is followed by a luxurious exfoliating treatment to smooth and refine the skin. Warm mitts are then used to cleanse and comfort, before a rich, hydrating moisturiser is massaged in to replenish and nourish. Leaves skin feeling refreshed, glowing, and utterly pampered.

  • Always use and SPF 30 or higher
  • Do not exfoliate, pluck, self tan or undergo facial treatments for at least 48 hours prior to treatment
  • Please read Q & A for preventions and precautions before booking treatment

After Treatment

  • Limit outdoor exposure
  • Avoid sunbed use
  • Apply SPF 30 or higher
  • Avoid heavy makeup for 24 hours
  • No waxing, plucking , clay masks, self tan or facial procedures for at least 48 hours
  • Avoid heat treatments, saunas, steam rooms, hooded hairdryers, hot bath and showers for 48 hours
  • Keep skin hydrated with Hydr8 B5 and Ultimate Recovery
  • Make sure to book in for a follow up treatment
