Purchasing and Returns Policy – to be visible prior to order and after (order confirmation)
Before purchasing check all ingredients for allergies. Contact us directly at info@love-beauty.co.uk for further information required for allergies.
Any placed order can be cancelled up to 14 days after the order is delivered.
Items to be returned must be notified to the seller within 14 days of receiving goods and returned to the supplier (Love Beauty) within a further 14 days. A refund cannot be supplied after this time.
All orders are processed using English Language only. To order in an alternative language please contact us direct at info@love-beauty.co.uk.
All orders are confirmed with the purchaser receiving a purchase email agreement.
All pricing of goods can be found in the product description title.
To the best of our knowledge we have provide a full description of the goods advertised.
If for any reason we (Love Beauty) cannot complete a placed order, we will provide notice via email or phone and the purchaser will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
Faulty items are required to be notified to be provided (Love Beauty) to the seller within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
Items must be returned in the good condition they were received, unless notified of being faulty on delivery/time received.
Unless agreed otherwise between seller and customer all goods will be delivered within a 30-day period.
Some of the returns policy does not apply for goods purchased worth £42 or less
