- Must not use products containing Vitamin A 24 hours prior to or after treatment
- Please clean areas to be waxed prior to appointment
- Wear loose clothing on waxed areas
- Waxing will remove fake tan

- Shower prior to treatment
- For intimate waxing, the client will be provided with a cleansing wipe prior to treatment
- 48 hours prior to waxing treatment do not apply any skincare product containing Retinol or Vitamin A to the skin
- Take extra care of the waxed area for the following 24 hours
- Keep the area clean
- To avoid infection do not touch the area for 24 hours
- Avoid picking ingrown hair
- For the following 48 hours avoid sunbathing, sun exposure, hot showers and baths
- To avoid irritation do not wear tight clothing
- Book in for a follow up appointment as advised by therapist
To achieve the maximum results from any waxing treatment, it is essential that you follow the aftercare advice. Failure to do so could lead to an adverse treatment outcome (e.g. irritation, swelling, skin damage) If redness or irritation does occur, apply a damp cotton wool compress. If symptoms persist, consult a GP.
